Let’s face it. Plants did not evolve to travel in boxes. While we do our very best to safely package and ship all of our plants with the utmost care, sometimes problems can occur during transit. 

As plant people ourselves, we know how disappointing (heartbreaking, if we’re being honest) it can be to receive a plant that didn’t survive shipping. 

That’s why we guarantee our plants will arrive alive. In the rare event that a plant doesn’t survive the stress of shipping, we will gladly replace it. 

In order to qualify for a replacement, we kindly ask that you complete the following steps:

• Send us a message via our contact form no later than 24 hours after delivery

• Include your Order Number

• Attach photos of the plant and shipping box

If we no longer have your plant(s) in stock, you can choose any other plant(s) of equal or lesser value and/or store credit.

At this time, we do not offer refunds.
